Data collected when you download and use the app.

Device Information
We collect your device's IP address, the pages you visit within the app, time and date of visits, time spent on pages, and the operating system of your mobile device.
No Precise Location
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Communications
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

RevenueCat
The Application uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. Please review RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.
Legal Disclosure
Information may be disclosed as required by law, to protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. Trusted service providers working on our behalf are also bound by this privacy statement.

Opt-Out & Data Retention

You are in control of your data.

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all data usage by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process on your mobile device or via the app marketplace.
Data Retention
Daily Planner does not use any cloud database or external server to store user data. All user data is stored locally and is synced only through the user's personal iCloud account when iCloud is enabled. The application itself does not collect, access, or retain user data on its own servers. Since data is stored within the user's own iCloud account, retention and management of data are fully controlled by the user through their Apple iCloud settings. If you wish to delete your data, you can do so directly from your iCloud account or contact us at KerolsContact@gmail.com.

Children, Security & Changes

We take your safety seriously.

Children Under 13
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13. If we discover a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from our servers. Contact us at KerolsContact@gmail.com if you believe this has occurred.

We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information we process and maintain.
Policy Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
