Disk Cleanup does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. No account is required. No sign-in. No profile of any kind.

There are no analytics SDKs, crash-reporting services, advertising networks, or third-party tracking libraries of any kind embedded in this app.

Disk Cleanup makes zero network requests during normal operation. The app works entirely offline. Your Mac never communicates with our servers — because we have none.

All scanning, analysis, and deletion happens locally on your Mac. File names, sizes, and paths are displayed to you in real time and are never transmitted anywhere.

The app never deletes files without your explicit confirmation. Junk files are permanently removed after your approval; large files and app leftovers are moved to the macOS Trash, where you can recover them.

Disk Cleanup operates within Apple's macOS App Sandbox and complies fully with macOS security and privacy requirements. It only accesses locations you explicitly grant access to.

All billing is handled exclusively by Apple through the Mac App Store. Disk Cleanup never sees, handles, or stores payment card details, Apple ID credentials, or any financial information.

Subscription status verification is handled by RevenueCat using your anonymized App Store receipt. No payment details are involved. RevenueCat's privacy policy applies to this interaction.

The app is built with native Apple frameworks — Swift, AppKit, Foundation, and StoreKit. No Google, Meta, or other third-party SDKs are included in this application.

Disk Cleanup contains no advertising networks or ad-serving SDKs. The app is paid software with no ad monetization of any kind.

If we ever change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the updated policy on this page. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
